Domestic shipping

For United States orders, our general shipping options are provided through USPS. Available services and shipping costs are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Options depend on the items in your cart and your destination.

International shipping

International shipping options for items in our general shipping profile may include USPS, DHL Express, FedEx, and DHL eCommerce. Not every carrier or service is available for every item or destination. Enter your shipping address at checkout to see the options available for your order.

Order processing and delivery estimates

Please allow time for order preparation before carrier transit begins. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time, and this page does not promise a fixed processing or dispatch window. If you need an item by a specific date, contact us before ordering to discuss availability and timing.

Any transit estimates shown for a shipping service are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, holidays, and international customs clearance can affect delivery. Choosing a faster shipping service does not eliminate order-processing time.

Tracking your order

When tracking is provided for your shipment, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation to follow its progress. A shipping label or tracking number may appear before the carrier receives or scans the package. Tracking updates depend on the service and destination and may be less frequent during international transit or customs clearance. Contact us with your order number if you need help locating your tracking information.

International duties and import charges

International orders may be subject to duties, import taxes, or carrier customs-clearance fees. Review checkout for any charges collected with your order. If applicable import charges are not collected at checkout or explicitly included, you may be asked to pay them to the carrier or customs authority before delivery. Shipping charges should not be assumed to include these amounts. Contact your local customs authority for destination-specific information.

Why shipping options can vary by item

Some products use separate shipping profiles with different destinations, carriers, and rates. Lululemon items, for example, use a separate profile with international coverage. This does not mean every shipping service is available for every product or country.

If your cart contains items from different shipping profiles, applicable shipping charges may be combined. The available methods and final shipping charge for your specific cart and address are shown at checkout. A rate offered for one item may not be available when other items are added.
