We want all of our customers to be thrilled with their purchases! To ensure your satisfaction, we’ve introduced a 5-day return policy for ONLINE clothing orders. Here’s what you need to know:

🗓️ 5-Day Return Policy: You have 5 days after delivery to request a return for STORE CREDIT.

❌ Final Sale Items: Bags, Accessories, and items in the sales tab are final sale (no refunds or exchanges).

🔖 Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and come with proof of purchase.

If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Remember, items sent back without a return request can’t be accepted. 

🚨 Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are defects or the wrong items!

Exceptions: We can’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

💸 Refunds (STORE CREDIT): After inspection, if your return is approved, you'll receive STORE CREDIT (minus return shipping fee), valid for 1 year!
